Neptune™ 7000Z pumps have been designed to handle a wide assortment of volatile chemicals and clear liquids at pressures up to 12 bar (174 psi).

Liquid-End Features

  • Large flow range: 2 L/h – 795 L/h (0.5 gph – 210 gph)

  • Liquid end materials: PVC, PVDF, 316SS

  • Excellent for handling volatile chemicals

  • Suction lift up to 2 m (6.5 ft.)

  • Special design valve seat to ensure leak-free operation while running or stopping

  • Self-clean check valve structure

Power-End Features

  • Adjustable eccentric structure, low pulse and smooth operation

  • High strength worm and gear design, long life and highly reliability

  • Multiple motor options: IEC motor or NEMA motor1

  • Motor options: TEFC, explosion-proof and VFD2

Flow Rate Adjustments

Manual adjustment knob to adjust stroke length

  • Full 10%-100% flow rate adjustment while pump is running
